• What happened, why are you in the Wheelchair?

  In January 2023, my life changed forever when I sustained a complete T6 spinal cord injury, leaving me paralyzed from approximately the nipple line down. The injury happened during a snowboarding accident while attempting a backflip off a 20-foot jump. I missed the landing and went straight down in a V-shaped fall, causing severe damage to my spinal cord. Since that day, I have faced the challenges of living with paralysis and using a wheelchair, while continuing to push forward with determination, resilience, and a commitment to making the most of every day.
