    My life took a dramatic turn on December 23, 2004, when I was involved in a motorcycle accident that resulted in extensive injuries to my legs, pelvis, and spine.     After six years of embracing bodybuilding as part of my rehabilitation, I crossed paths with Marcel Chayard, who became my coach and mentor.
